'A cozinha' is the Fazenda's restaurant. Seasonal menus reflect the produce growing in the kitchen garden and orchard. Menus will have a broadly Iberian flavour, with some international favourites. Fish is fantastic in this area - the nearby ria formosa is the major breeding ground for fish in the North Atlantic and we are lucky to have the best fish market in the Algarve at nearby Olhao.
Breakfast is served from 8.30 - 10.30am every morning either in the restaurant or on the terrace, in front of the 200 year old bread oven. On offer is an European breakfast of fresh fruit, freshly-baked breads,juices, pastries, cereals, cold meats and cheese.
Home cooked, seasonal food is offered in the off peak season.
