'A Fazenda' is the exquisite restaurant of Fazenda Nova Country House.

Its seasonal menus are a true reflection of the produce cultivated in the kitchen garden and orchard, ensuring an authentic Algarvian and Portuguese dining experience.

The area's proximity to the renowned Ria Formosa, a prominent fish breeding ground in the North Atlantic, allows us to source the freshest seafood available, and we are privileged to have the finest fish market in the Algarve in Olhão.

Indulge in a delicious breakfast served from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, either in the charming restaurant, offering a picturesque view of our 200-year-old bread oven.

For a lighter midday meal, our selection of light lunches is available from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, allowing you to savor flavourful food in a relaxed setting.

In the evening, experience the culinary delights of 'A Fazenda' restaurant as we serve dinner from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, delighting your palate with an array of exquisite dishes.

Booking Policy

Booking Policy

Deposits & Payments:

To confirm your booking at Fazenda Nova Country House, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance (50%) must be settled 14 days prior to the check-in date and is also non-refundable.

We accept payments for deposits via bank transfer. On-site, we accept debit cards and credit cards (VISA or MASTERCARD) for other expenses.

Children & Extra Beds:

The property is suitable for children of all ages.

Extra beds are charged at €65 per night, except in the Master Suite where the charge is €100 per night.

There is a maximum of one extra bed or cot per room.

Minimum Stay:

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in is available after 2 pm.

Check-out is until 11 am.
