Guests can borrow bikes from our property to cycle to the beach or explore the nearby town.

From sailing, surfing, jet skiing, and bodyboarding to tennis, horse riding, bird watching, and walking trails, the Algarve offers a wide range of activities that can be arranged prior to or during your stay.

Booking Policy

Booking Policy

Deposits & Payments:

To confirm your booking at Fazenda Nova Country House, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance (50%) must be settled 14 days prior to the check-in date and is also non-refundable.

We accept payments for deposits via bank transfer. On-site, we accept debit cards and credit cards (VISA or MASTERCARD) for other expenses.

Children & Extra Beds:

The property is suitable for children of all ages.

Extra beds are charged at €65 per night, except in the Master Suite where the charge is €100 per night.

There is a maximum of one extra bed or cot per room.

Minimum Stay:

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in is available after 2 pm.

Check-out is until 11 am.
