One sight that should not be missed is the lively Olhao fish and vegetable market. It offers a fantastic atmosphere and showcases gorgeous fresh produce.

The Sunday flea markets in Fuseta and Quelfes are particularly noteworthy, not only for the wide variety of goods but also for the diverse mix of people you will encounter.

Here are the details of the flea markets:

  • Fuseta: 1st Sunday of the month
  • São Brás de Alportel: 3rd Sunday of the month
  • Quelfes: 4th & 5th Sundays of the month

Booking Policy

Booking Policy

Deposits & Payments:

To confirm your booking at Fazenda Nova Country House, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance (50%) must be settled 14 days prior to the check-in date and is also non-refundable.

We accept payments for deposits via bank transfer. On-site, we accept debit cards and credit cards (VISA or MASTERCARD) for other expenses.

Children & Extra Beds:

The property is suitable for children of all ages.

Extra beds are charged at €65 per night, except in the Master Suite where the charge is €100 per night.

There is a maximum of one extra bed or cot per room.

Minimum Stay:

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in is available after 2 pm.

Check-out is until 11 am.
