To the north of the Algarve, a short drive away, lies the beautiful Alentejo region, renowned for its cork trees and stunning rolling countryside.
Booking Policy
Deposits & Payments:
To confirm your booking at Fazenda Nova Country House, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance (50%) must be settled 14 days prior to the check-in date and is also non-refundable.
We accept payments for deposits via bank transfer. On-site, we accept debit cards and credit cards (VISA or MASTERCARD) for other expenses.
Children & Extra Beds:
The property is suitable for children of all ages.
Extra beds are charged at €65 per night, except in the Master Suite where the charge is €100 per night.
There is a maximum of one extra bed or cot per room.
Minimum Stay:
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is available after 2 pm.
Check-out is until 11 am.
Cancellation Policy
The 50% initial deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance (50%), paid 14 days prior to the check-in date, is also non-refundable.
