Our exclusive Terrace Suite features a spacious private terrace offering beautiful views of the hills and surrounding countryside.

Inside, you'll find a king-size wooden Balinese-style bed, a Hypnos mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets, and luxurious bedding.

The bathroom is elegantly designed with polished concrete, Villeroy and Boch bathroom fittings, Hansgrohe rain showers, large soft towels, and bathrobes.

This suite is equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, telephone, hairdryer, and amenities.

The Terrace Suite is designed for two guests only and has a total area (terrace included) of 45m2.

Booking Policy

Booking Policy

Deposits & Payments:

To confirm your booking at Fazenda Nova Country House, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance (50%) must be settled 14 days prior to the check-in date and is also non-refundable.

We accept payments for deposits via bank transfer. On-site, we accept debit cards and credit cards (VISA or MASTERCARD) for other expenses.

Children & Extra Beds:

The property is suitable for children of all ages.

Extra beds are charged at €65 per night, except in the Master Suite where the charge is €100 per night.

There is a maximum of one extra bed or cot per room.

Minimum Stay:

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in is available after 2 pm.

Check-out is until 11 am.

Cancellation Policy

The 50% initial deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance (50%), paid 14 days prior to the check-in date, is also non-refundable.
