Family time is one of the best things that we can have. At Fazenda Nova we have a special offer for some family quality time. This program offers a week in our country house, offering the best of Tavira. Enjoy a boat trip in Ria Formosa, a relaxation massage and taste the Mediterranean flavours in our restaurant. And the special part, when staying 6 nights or more, we are pleased to offer you one more free.

The family week includes:

  • 6 nights with breakfast included in garden suite apartment for 2 adults and 2 children* (offer of the 7th night)
  • Family dinner at Fazenda Nova (drinks not included)
  • Boat trip in Ria Formosa for the family with a picnic to go
  • In room massage for 2 adults

*up to 12 years old. Children stay in a sofa bed.

Booking Policy

deposits & payments

to confirm your booking at fazenda nova we require a 50% non refundable deposit.

payments for deposits are accepted by bank transfer.  on departure payment can be made by credit card VISA or MASTERCARD, debit card or cash.

children & extra beds

the property is suitable for children over the age of 6, extra beds are charged at 50e per night. babies cots are charged at 10e per night. this needs to be arranged with us prior to arrival.  there is a maximum of one extra bed or cot per room.

minimum & maximum stay

the minimum stay is 2 nights , during the month of august the minimum stay is 5 nights.

check in

Check in is between 2pm - 10.30pm. Later check in's incur a supplement and are by prior arrangement only.

Check out is by 11am. 

Cancellation Policy

The 50% deposit is non refundable.

If a cancellation is made with 21 days notice, the deposit can be rolled over to use for alternative dates. 

For cancellations made between 20 to 14 days notice 75% of the amount of the stay is payable.

For cancellations made between 13 to 8 days notice 85% of the amount of the stay is payable.

For bookings cancelled with less than 8 days notice or 'no shows' the full amount of the stay is payable.

This policy has been modified as at 08.05.2016 and is applicable for all bookings made on or after this date.
